Lion King Stained Glass by PheaWolf Lion King Stained Glass by PheaWolf
I'm not sure why I never uploaded this. I made this as my senior project in high school. At the moment I have it in the window of my bedroom (which is all done in TLK btw) and when the sun is shining through it, I think it looks really pretty.

A couple problems with it. There is a random strip of dark brown in Mufasa's right hair thing because the piece I had cut got dropped and broken ;_; And there was no more glass of that color, sooo ya. That and there is a crack in the glass next to Mufasa's left eye thanks to my mom's lame friends. The welding on Simba wasn't that great either because I had one day (about 90 minutes) to finish welding that whole upper right corner, put on the U frame, and finish it. So it was VERY rushed.

I'm hoping that maybe when a decent job falls into my hands, I'll be able to buy the materials I need to start doing stained glass again.

Whoa... this is awesome! The lines are perfect, there are just enough to make it look really nice without saying 'I had to do whatever it took to make these cuttable pieces'. The glass used for Mufasa's mane is so warm and beautiful. :D

Love it. :D Nicely done. And honestly, no one notices those kinda mistakes unless the artist points 'em out. :giggle: You know what you could even do with the crack by Mufasa's ear is just cover both sides of the crack with foil and weld that to the rest of it. It could actually blend right into that curl in his hair if you did it right. Assuming it bothers you enough to actually do anything about it now, which it wouldn't to me.

UGH I want to fix it and even make more pieces, but I don't have the tools or the money to get the tools (yet). I made this while taking a 3D art class in high school. We were allowed to go all out on our last project and this was my baby! lol

In October I should be getting a refund in fin. aid from college, so depending on how much, I might end up buying everything I need to start doing this and maybe selling it. :D
